Definition: The degree to which the results of adopting/using the innovation are observable and communicable to others.

Theory/model: IDT

Definition: The “tangibility of the results of using the innovation”.

Theory/model: TAM2

Definition: The degree to which an individual believes that the results of using a system are tangible, observable, and communicable.
