Definition: Refers to the extent to which various situational factors enable adoption and use of the system, relate to technical compatibility issues.

Theory/model: Additional to UTAUT

Definition: Reflects the availability of resources needed to engage in a behavior, such as time, money or other specialized resources.

Theory/model: Additional to DTPB
